1. Each account is normally used for a single location. 2. Multiple locations may share a single account but then also share common inventory records, system user accounts, and technician records. 3. The usage fee is based on the number of individual units (identified by serial number) handled during a month (received, returned, checked out, checked in...) 4. An individual unit only counts once even though handled multiple times during a month. 5. Inactive units (on file but not actually handled during the month) do not count towards the usage fee. 6. The usage fee ranges from the maximum for the subscription level down to a minimum of $.0025 per active unit per month depending on volume. 7. For subscribers with multiple accounts, usage volume is combined to earn the lowest possible usage fee. 8. Reports and database queries are unlimited and do not count towards the usages fee. | |||
