Return Units To Client
Units that are unused, defective, or picked up from subscribers are typically
returned to the client. The Return screen lets you record all of the units
being sent back to the client.
Scan the serial numbers (or MAC Address, if appropriate for the type of
equipment). The numbers will appear on the list as you scan; to remove a unit
from the list, simply scan the serial number a second time. When finished,
click the Save button to record the information in the system. A posting
report will appear with a list of all units and information about any problems.
You may wish to print two copies; one as a packing list to accompany the units
to the client and one as a permanent record.
