Access Features Through The Main Menu
The Main Menu is the central point from which you can access the features of
Cable Box Tracker. The selection of features differs depending on whether you
are a regular User or a Company Administrator.
Main Menu for Users
Inventory
Go to the inventory reporting screen.
Receive Equipment
Receive new equipment from cable company clients.
Return Equipment
Return unused, defective, and picked-up equipment to cable company clients.
Check Out/Check In
Check out and check in equipment to technicians.
Enter Subscriber Accts
Enter subscriber accounts for installed equipment. This is normally done during
check in, but this feature allows later entry.
My CBox Tracker Account
Edit your personal contact information or change your password.
Log Out
Sign off from the system. This step is recommended to avoid use of the system
by unauthorized persons.
Main Menu for Company Administrators

Inventory
Go to the inventory reporting screen.
Receive Equipment
Receive new equipment from cable company clients.
Return Equipment
Return unused, defective, and picked-up equipment to cable company clients.
Check Out/Check In
Check out and check in equipment to technicians.
Enter Subscriber Accts
Enter subscriber accounts for installed equipment. This is normally done during
check in, but this feature allows later entry.
Clients
Manage the list of client cable companies. Here you can add new clients and
edit basic contact information for each one. This is where you can specify
for each type of equipment whether a Serial Number or MAC address is the
preferred identification.
Employees
Manage the list of employees (installers/technicians).
Company Information
Enter basic company information.
Cable Box Tracker Users
Create and manage new user and Company Administrator accounts.
Download Barcode Font
Printing barcodes on Equipment Control Sheets requires that you download and
install this barcode font on your computer.
Log Out
Sign off from the system. This step is strongly recommended to avoid use of the system
by unauthorized persons.
